Questions & answers
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. No lock-in. Most clients start with Tier 1 and upgrade as they see value.
How long does integration take?
Typically 1-2 weeks depending on your platform and bridge setup. We handle the integration engineering.
What trading platforms do you support?
MT4, MT5, cTrader, MatchTrade, and proprietary platforms via API. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
How does the performance share work?
Tier 2 includes up to 5% and Tier 3 up to 10% of Trading PnL above a high-water mark. We only earn the performance fee on new profits. Down month? No performance charge until profits exceed the previous peak.
Do you access client personal data?
No. We operate only with account numbers, IB IDs, country, IP, and similar non-PII data. Never personal client data.
Can I pay with crypto?
Yes. We accept cryptocurrency payments alongside traditional card payments.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
